Winner must be 18 years of age to participate.  Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes on this drawing opportunity. Winners give permission for their name and likeness to be used by Holy Name of Mary Church, Holy Name of Mary School and/or their participating sponsors for advertising and publicity purposes. Noncompliance with these rules and regulations will result in disqualification and an alternative winner will be selected.
